The hotel is nestled on a hill that overlooks the glorious capital of St Helier. Driving out of the capital towards the north east, you take a left on to Belvedere Hill from Georgetown Road and the hotel will be on your left.

There are six different dining options at the Merton Hotel Resort, which means you are spoilt for choice! For an English restaurant feel, there is the Belvedere where you can find glorious full English breakfasts and Sunday Roasts.

If you fancy some fresh pizza or pasta, there is the Bonetti’s Italian available for you to feast upon. For waffle and burger lovers, there is the Jersey Joe’s restaurant, an American diner-style eatery where you can find milkshakes and fun food galore.

For lighter bites, there is the lobby bar, where you will find entertainment in the evenings such as pianists and comedy nights. There is also a sports bar where you will find all the current games showing. For those who aim to spend the day by the pool, there is the cascades café to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

The resort is a haven for activities with something to keep the whole family entertained! There is the aquadome and leisure club where you will find an abundance of things to keep you busy. The aquadome has slides, fountains, a ‘Flowrider Surfwave’ and a pool that you can splash around in. The hotel also has a heated outdoor pool surrounded by lounge chairs where you can relax in the summer months.

For the children, there are numerous play zones and gardens to run around in. The resort also has a kids club where youngsters can burn off some energy and make friends with other guests in the hotel.

In the evenings, you can find entertainment such as comedy nights, Abba tribute bands, cabarets and acrobatic shows! You can enjoy this all of course after spending the day exploring the glorious island, or after tiring yourselves out in the gymnasium.
