St Ouen’s Bay is a sandy haven that covers the entirety of the west coast of the island. 5 miles of golden sands create the perfect location for beach strollers, sea swimmers and sightseers.
Its size means that there is something at St Ouen’s Bay for everyone and you will always be able to find a nice, quiet spot to lay down your towels and call your own, even in the height of season.
Not only is St Ouen’s Bay a Marine Conservation Society Recommended Beach of 2014, but it is also a prime surf spot. Many British and European Surfing Championships have taken place on its golden sands, with the first surf school, Jersey Surf Club opening in 1923. The bay’s safe waters and range of eateries and activities make it a perfect place for the whole family.
