Where to collect your key on arrival?

On arrival, collect your luggage and make your way through to arrivals hall. It’s a two minute walk to the airport departure hall where you can find all three Jersey car hire locations desks. Not all of the route is undercover, so please be prepared with a coat or umbrella during the winter months.

Picking up your Car Hire?

Once you’ve got your key, it’s a 1 minute walk to the long stay car park where you’ll see all car hire vehicles. From here you’ll be ready to drive straight out of the airport and off to your hotel. Pop in your hotel address before leaving the car park, so you know to turn right or left out of the airport.

Where do I Drop the Car off?

As you drive into the airport from the main round roundabout, follow the signposts for “Car Hire Return” which is immediately left as you enter the airport. Each car hire company has a row of parking spaces which is clearly marked. Park in any free space from the company that you hired from.

Where do I Drop the Keys off?

After parking your car hire in one of the designated parking bays, you will need to drop your keys off in the boxes provided. These are clearly labelled with the car hire companies name. These key return boxes are located as you walk towards the departure hall on the fence.
